AT&T Store

Today my husband and I went into the Tewksbury AT&T store to activate an unlocked phone we had recently purchased. We were helped by Annabelle and Nataly. I was extremely impressed by the customer service. There was a problem porting the old phone number and Annabelle would Not quit trying. She tried for over and hour and finally successfully ported the number. (And Nataly helped too!) . We are new customers but if this is the level of dedication to customer service shown by all AT&T employees, we are sure to be long time happy customers.

I have been using ATandT Tewksbury ever since they came to Tewksbury. Joe works in the Tewksbury store and is the nicest and most knowlegeable person to deal with. He has helped me out with my phone any time I have had an issue. Believe me, it's me not the phone and he has always been there to help me without a second thought. Thank you Joe

This at&t store really is the bee's knees. The two gentleman that work there were very knowledgeable and very, very handsome. One guy (I believe his name was Joe) lowered my bill by almost $100! Customer service unlike any I have ever experienced, and I don't say that often as it is a service I pay way too much money for. Forget the corporately owned stores, stop in here and make sure you're taken care of with a personalized experience.
