My front load washer had quit working, it wouldn't drain the water! My neighbor recommended this service company (Tri City Service). My neighbor actually bragged about the superior customer service this company provided him. He even gave me the names of the two technicians (Max and Kyler).These men came out and repaired my washer in no time flat! You will NEVER find a more friendly, honest, and reliable company anywhere!! Give Max and Kyler a call and you too will experience what PROFESSIONAL customer service is all about!!

By far the best appliance repair company around in this area. Very friendly and fast service. In no time at all they had both my washer and dryer working like new! I highly recommend them. I will be using them for all my appliances in the future.

This appliance repair company is by far the very best in the Temple/Belton area. My wife and I have lived in this area for over 35 years and have tried several appliance repair companies. Our daughter HIGHLY recommended that we call Tri City Service, she actually bragged on how good their customer service was so we decided to call them to come repair our refrigerator. We called early in the morning and they were at our house the SAME afternoon. They not only repaired our refrigerator but we received a seniors discount on top of that! We found them to be very knowledgeable, honest and most of all friendly! We will most definitely use them from now on! The BEST customer service we EVER had!!

They are incredible! They came out the same day i called, ordered the part and the next working day fixed our Maytag washer. They are neat, punctual, very professional and don't over charge for their services. We are so pleased and will call them back as needed!

This is a really good business to get you freezer fixed! They were very friendly and professional and got the job done in a week! The only reason it took that long was because a part needed to be ordered. As soon as they got the part they called to schedule to put it in. The also give military discount!!! I highly recommend this company to all!!!

Called for a service appointment at 9am and they were at my door by 11am. Max was very Professional and explained to me the problem with my dryer and the solution. They got the job done fast and offered me a military discount that kept the repair expense very reasonable. I would use them again and highy recommend above all. Professional uniforms and their service vehicle distinguish who they are when they arrive.

Prompt and professional. I called Tri City because my television ( which is an older model) wasn't working. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had my television working sooner than I expected. Saved even more due to Tri City offering a senior discount. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Would have given them a 5 Star rating but no one is perfect.

These gentlemen were awesome , they are very efficient and affordable .. They even took their shoes off before entering my home !! A major plus factor for me .. They fixed my dryer all it needed was a heating element ! I Highly recommend them ..

These guys came out and fixed two of my TV's. With the free service call with repair and my military discount they saved me a lot of $$!

I called about my refrigerator ice maker, Max came out the next day and had it fixed in a very short time. Very professional. I was very happy with their repair rates. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends.

quick service and good price, came out the day after i called. got my refrigerator working right again.

I had issues with my commercial ice machine and washer. I called another company out and they came out to "supposedly" fix my issues. Couple days later, they broke down again. I called Tri-City to come out to look at them and they informed me what the actual issues were at hand. They gave me a good quote to repair the machines and fixed them. The machines as of today are still working great. Thanks........
