Tempe Taxi Cab

The reason for this e-mail is that on 9/09/2009 I call in for a cab to my address, Iam a wheelchair bound person (Black) and a FEMALE!!! I was told that I have to Pay 10.00$ for my wheelchair( Which is a fold up chair) I dont need any help gettin in and out of the chair, so that means your driver dont have to do anything but get me to my destination. So I thought! I also stated to the feamle,Which was Mexican and very rude to me on the night of 9/9/09 @7pm that I have to pay a flat fare rate also, thats about 16 dollars just to take me to walgreens @ 1451 van buren in Avondale arizona, I was f------ing Pissed! and very upset about this, OVER CHARGING A HANDICAP PERSON JUST TO TAKE HER 1 mile . First of all if i call for service and I have to pay, it should not matter where I am giong, you can bet i will go to the BBB on your company and I will tell a lot of people dont ride yellow cab, Aquilla, And Tripple A I will push this if it take years, your worker @ the dispatch department are rude and if I were you there will not!!! be a lot of uneducated!, ignorant mexicans in my place of business!. Oh Yes My NAME IS Paula, Look up my name you should have it in your system, i used your service a lot, but not anymore.
