THIS IS A WARNING. Don't regret living in this place when it is too late and serious bodily injury occurs.

The Hub on Campus apartment complex (not sure why it is listed as a bike shop on here) is among the absolute worst residences I have ever come across.
From the hour it takes to get hot water every day in several units and the 2 working elevators (on a good day) to the atrocious staff and trash shoots too small to fit any trash (resulting in trash in the hallways), the entire experience will only raise your blood pressure.
The parking situation is horrendus, and the cold staff refuse to do anything about it when residents complain. If you were to sit in the front lobby, you would hear complaint after complaint, whether it be about washers and dryers that the builders FORGOT TO INSTALL and are left sitting in rooms or about the WINDOWS THAT OPEN TO THE FLOOR.
The company had not even bothered to figure out mailing situations until two months after opening, and resorted to sorting through mail in a bag behind the front desk for several weeks. But don't worry, while waiting the 15 minute wait for the elevators (As they lock the stairs), I'm sure you'll have time to wait for them to find it.
There are stories of elevators breaking, the wall coverings constantly peeling off, the beer soaked carpets and wifi connections breaking from almost every single floor.
Even the property managers themselves express feelings of disgust at the property; several of them have been recorded stating that they go home in tears because all they hear all day is complaints from parents trying to pull their kids out from a place where everything goes wrong.
One student even had his windows NAILED SHUT as if he was an animal in a cage.
The upside? A great view of the rest of Tempe, and all of the other residences you probably should have chosen to live in instead of this one.
I personally have never written a poor review prior to living here in my life, but I would spread to the entire incoming class of students that this place is the most poorly built institution with the most incompetent staff myself and many others have ever dealt with.
One more for fun: they built their parking entrance next to the parking entrance that ASU has been closing off for game days FOR YEARS, making it impossible to enter or exit the complex parking during a game day....which means yup, you either have to park miles away or pay $40 parking for any stadium parking near it. Well done builders, well done.
