Alle-Kiski Area HOPE Center

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I know a woman who, like many others I am sure, is abusing not only this institution's services, but the legal system. It is to my understanding, as told by the resident I know, that there is insider drug dealing/smuggling, the residents have sexual relations with one another, and the HOPE center's biggest mission is to protect themselves from the law. The staff will lie and cheat on LEGAL documents. The place is run by a bunch of femi-nazis who do not care for the welfare of their residents and their residents' children, but care to help these women control and manipulate their families, the law, their baby daddies, etc in order to keep their state funding, and keep the place running. I even suspect the staff of using drugs with the residents. The Alle Kiski HOPE Center is disgusting and contributes to the perpetual, corrupt legal system.
