D-N-A Property Management Company

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had the worst possible experience with them. They will take your application and leave you hanging in the sun. I’ve never come across a place or a specific department who doesn’t want to do their job. Ms Maria Melendez in the applications department declined my application before actually reviewing information. When I called to ask why she screened my call for two days. I had to get in contact with her supervisor for her to tell ms Maria Melendez to actually pick up the phone. But unfortunately I got lied to. The person I spoke with was just a regular secretary playing supervisor. To be told I needed something to say satisfied on a court document. Which actually wasn’t needed because my case never went to court and the claim was dismissed/withdrawn by the plaintiff. So a miss understanding between court makes me ineligible for service from this company. But I told dna property management the same thing my previous landlord and what the courts had informed me of. So your telling me it’s okay to steal a applicants money for a application that doesn’t get processed the correct way.
