Office staff very friendly and are extremely helpful. Apartments are gorgeous but the guy rico who fix everything is a tool he loves to talk crap to tenants.

Beautiful property, mismanaged. Employees are never supervised, they go around talking to each other, while tenants complain about work orders, having them wait months on end. Most of the amenities aren't avialable no longer. The employees go around talking about the tenants, telling the tenants personal busniess. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Besides the noise and it not being in a good safe neighborhood.
