Cotney's All Pro Cleaners

First, let me begin by saying as long as you deal with the staff at Cotney's All Pro Cleaners you get excellent service, I guess that's until something goes wrong. Apparently when there are any issues of service the staff has been directed to refer these issues to the owners, Mr. & Mrs. Cotney's. I will say however, given a choice, deal with Mr. Cotney at least he will talk to you. The only four comments that I got from Mrs. Cotney was: 1) "CAN I HELP YOU" (at first sight), 2} "That's Not Our Fault" 3) "The material must be cheap" 4) when I asked for a business card (talking over me) she stated: "I prefer you deal with Mr. Cotney" in frustration as she walked away. Lastly she walked back and stated "Mr. Cotney is in the bathroom and I don't know how long he will be, we don't have business cards, you have a receipt and everything you need should be on it". I replied " Thank you for your help". Now the issue, I had a particular suit cleaned there. When I took the suit in there was absolutely nothing wrong with the material (Black pin striped) after I picked the suit up there were snags through-out the entire suit. I repeat One way in - Another way out. Any cooperation would have been appreciated, however an initial response of "It's Not Our Fault", and "It's cheap material" is one, very offensive and two not good business. Here is what I might have done differently. 1) Be Nice don't be on the defensive thinking I'm looking for something FREE, 2) A little empathy wouldn't hurt, if nothing can be done, Nothing Can Be Done. 3) Save the bad material and must be cheap comments. You never know how hard a person worked to get what they have. They may not have played football in the past Mrs. Cotney. It appeared as if I did not have enough status to warrant assistance or empathy. Not from the owners anyway. I would not recommend Cotney’s All Pro Cleaners to another person and will recommend anyone using it hopes nothing is damaged or goes wrong. That's when you learn what kind of business ethics are in place. "To Bad", "Not Our Fault", "It's Cheap Material".



I'm looking forward to writing a letter to Mr. Steve Harvey who stands by his product and letting him know that the suit was referred to as "Cheap Material"

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS!! I took a brand new never worn shirt to be dry cleaned so that it could be free of any wrinkles. When I went to pick it up the shirt had several stains. They denied having stained it and after I they tried to clean it without success, the owner accused me of trying to scam him. I showed him a reciept to show him it was new and he kicked me out of his store. He accused me of coming of the streets to scam him! DO NOT take you clothes there! Awful owner, awful cleaners!!!!!
