They consider white lines (space between lines with characters) a line thus, even if a page has only three lines with characters they will charge you for the whole page plus the spacing between each line. Must companies charge per audio time or amount of characters with a line defined as having characters. Also, they dont provide you with a contract stating the description of a line like most companies do; thus you find out after you get your product that you owe an exessive amount of money. Thus, ONLY if you want to pay a lot of extra cash this company is recommended since others do the same job in the same amount of time for way less money.
