Community business services @ colorado st in Tallahassee. The worst place ever to do your taxes, 1st you can not do appointments, 2nd you wait at least 4-6 hours to do your taxes, 3rd not a proffesional place at all, favoritism for some people, the worst of all, they assume to send your taxes to IRS and in reality they do not send your returns, and if is rejected for any reason they don't even take the time to call you to review missing information.... and guess what IRS will send you a fee stating you did not report your taxes...... THE WORST PLACE TO DO TAXES, please do not used then...once they take your money, they dont care the outcomes..... Very bad and unpleasant experience.

I went to Community Business Services last year for my taxes and the customer service was great. This family owned and operated business was excellent in answering all of my questions. Not only were they friendly but I recieved my return in a timely manner. I will definitely be using their services every tax season.
