        Overall

        Due to a misconmunication, this company arrived at my house after we had cancelled their service. When we told them we no longer needed them, they proceeded to shout at me and my husband. We decided to call the 'dispatcher' and advise them of the poor behavior. Turns out, it's all one person. He continued to scream, and when I asked him for their business license, he hung up on me. After trying to call back several times (with him hanging up on me each time), I advised him that I was going to report him to the BBB. On that, he told me he was going to turn me into the police for harassment. Never use this service.
