The guys were here on time and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards. It was perfect. I stayed out of their way and they didn't bother me a bit.

Master elite says they are certify. Means more to me then , what I read below. Excellent job start to finish. Plus warranty from the manufacture for 50 years. That is better then one from the roofing company.

I also do not write into talk about companies. Yet I must say the following. GOING TO GAF.COM and take the time to read there reviews. Master elite company that gives you a 50 year complete roof system warranty and no dollar lost. A 40 point inspection on your roof. I am not a expert roofer so how do you know your contractor put on what he said he would. When the representative from Gaf comes to your home to inspect your roof and tells you it is to there specification and under warranty for material, workmanship and labor. Again if you do not have a pre determine roof. Any contractor can give you a price that is to good to be true. The funny thing there price was right in the middle of other roofing companies we talked to. I hope this gets to make it up , so other people can read it. I know one thing they where great, from start to to finish. We highly recommend them and so does GAF .

Prior to contracting with Tristate roofing, I was a bit skeptical about utilizing this company due to some of the reviews I read on yelp. However, when I met Jean Steward, he was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. From the moment he stepped into our house, to dealing with the financing, to the follow up- everything went seamlessly. The bid was reasonably priced, and the roofers were hard working, friendly, and cleaned up everything- you wouldn't even know they were there! It is refreshing to know there are still companies out there that care about their overall product they are selling.

First--the young lady who made a cold call was very professional--engaging and polite. We had been told by another roofer that we needed to replace our roof. Chris Watson came, inspected our roof and told us we did NOT need a new roof---very professional. I know we'll call him back when we decide to replace a couple of windows in the very near future. Thanks.

Very pleased with our service from Tristate. This company was extremely professional with excellent customer service. We had two other companies come out to give us bids on our roof and Tristate was by far the best company that came in. Our roof is beautiful and we will definitely contact them again with any other home improvements in the future.

It was dark outside and I noticed a van driving around in my neighborhood the other day...about 15 minutes later there was a knock on my door. I was very reluctant to answer the door at first, my boyfriend was not home from work yet so I was home alone. But when I did open the door, a very nice young man introduced himself and said he was just letting the neighborhood know what was going on. He said that they were giving the homeowners FREE estimates on new roofs, my roof is absolutely horrible, however I informed him that my landlord lives in California, and that he was cheap and could care less. The young man was very polite and professional, and made me laugh when he said that he was pretty sure that I didn't want to buy a roof for somebody else. And he gave me a flyer with his name on it, just in case my landlord wanted the company's information to fix my roof...I just wanted to say thank you to Russel Zaffino, and that he was very polite and funny, and if I was the homeowner I would definitely be interested in moving forward with this company!!!

Tristate Roofing's workers are very friendly and informational as long as you make the effort to ask questions. They will work over time to complete the job and work looks really good.

We were thinking of getting the last six original windows replaced in our house but have been putting it off for several years. Some lady came by making cold calls and the wife made an appointment for an estimate. Mark and Justin came out and measured the windows. A couple of weeks later the windows were delivered and installed. Justin did an excellent job installing them and Mark did a great job cleaning up and telling fish stories. I would recommend these two to any body.

Very satisfied with this company. Bought a house with the original windows from the 1980's and needed a serious upgrade. These guys were so friendly and so professional. We have never gone through a contractor before for any sort of big job so we were a little nervous. After talking to Mark and Justin and getting to know them and learning just how much knowledge they have about the products and the job, we were very impressed and felt confident we made the right decision in going with these guys. Overall, would definitely recommend them for window installation! :)

Very impressed with this company and the care they took to ensure we were happy with our roofing. As they did come back out and inspect an area needed, we found it was not their issue but helped us fix the problem. I would highly recommend this roofing company. I understand they go gutters and windows which we will be hiring them to handle as well

Mark and his crew installed 12 windows and 2 patio doors for us. They were GREAT! They used tarps inside and outside the house to keep foot traffic on our flooring to a minimum, kept the work areas clean. Answered all of my questions and very knowledgeable in their craft. Additionally, we have a couple cats that we did not want getting outside. Mark and his crew were VERY attentive to this request and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Can't recommend them highly enough!
