They provide no support what so ever! Staff is completely lost, and disorganized, Not to mention rude. Of course, this is after you sign up for their program. They "lost" my medical records, and they refuse to return my phone calls. When I finally got the owner on the phone (Renee) she screamed at me and told me to never call her office again, gave me "her lawyer's" phone number and hung on me. When I called her attorney it was a bogus number. If that doesnt scream terrible customer service I don't know what does...
