Tacoma Housing Authority

I've been living in Salishan for a little over a year and a half now. I've had nothing but problems with my property manager. She does not get things fixed in a timely manner like she is suppose to. For instance, over the winter time I asked for my house to be weatherized because it was cold and my power bill was high. She didn't get it done til spring time. I also put a work order in back in April for ants in my kitchen, and guess what they're still here. Not one time did they come to fix the issue. I've called her mulitple times asking her when it would get done. Fast forward to recently, my boyfriend has a dog, and when he comes to visit our daughter after work he brings her with him. Since its been too hot out he brings her in the house with him. But that's a problem to my property manager. She's threatened me with eviction numerous times. Today 6-27-17 we had inspections. Cool no problem. Been having them since I moved in. But today really ticked me off. She came into my unit, turned my oven on, but DIDN'T turn it back off. I walked into my house with my children and my house was FULL OF SMOKE. She also ripped off my magnetic screen door I bought for my house. No where in my lease does it say they aren't allowed. She ruined my property over her wanting to be petty. Almost caught my house on fire for what? Back to the dog situation, no where in my lease does it say a visitor can't bring their dog, so why is it a problem that my boyfriend brings his!? There's a dog bigger than my boyfriends one block up, and she didn't say anything to the owner about it. So why am I being harassed by this certain property manager!? I keep to my self. I don't talk to any of my neighbors like that. So again why am I being harassed by this property manager. I really hope her boss sees this and tries to reach out to me. I've had it with the bs I've been through since I've moved in here.
