Life Force Services

I worked there for over 5 years. There is a lot of poor business practices going on with the company. They used to have some pretty good training but have slacked off in recent years. They do not respect their employees very well. They have dropped all of the good medical coverage and have very little benefits. They show little care for some clients and lots of care for their favorites. Sadly they are in this more for the money than the job itself. Not a good place to work. Some companies will not hire you if you have previously worked for Life Force. That says a lot

Terrible place to work!!!!!The houses are dirty. As long as the client has all there limbs and seems ok they don't care about them. Staff is poorly treated, they hire EVERYONE who applies. They don't offer the proper training. Clients are heavily drugged for all sorts of "ailments". People, honestly look into this company before you let them take care of your family member. I've worked there for almost a year and after all I've seen I wouldn't let them take care of my worst enemy let alone a loved one. Hell I wouldn't even let them take care of a stray cat.

Life force services is a joke of a company. They are poorly trained staff. They tend to mislead people into believing anything is possable. I feel sorry for the clients. And the staff. Its a bad place for everyone. Thank you. J.r

My involvement with Life Force has been minimal, however, I would like to say that I was treated with respect and the staff that I met were helpful and freindly. There is a lot of activity going on in the way of re-modeling this older property. The room my client was occupying in the diversion unit was large and although far from new it was nicely done up and quite large; it is actually a furnished one bedroom apartment. I was impressed with the energy that was being expended on the renovation and the staff was so helpful and friendly and that went a long way toward gaining my trust.
