Roma Tile and Marble

Went there to order counter top today with my husband and son. I can t believe how bad the service was..ugh. My husband and I had demoed cleared out our kitchen of everything this morning. Shortly after we were done we went to Roma tile. When greeted at the door... my husband asked about counter top she was quite snippy. She proceeded to help us and tell us with an attitude about the products. She then sent another woman over as if no one wanted to be bothered. The next woman came over and we told her how we would need it by Xmas. I then asked what would go nice with cherry cabinets and she with an attitude told me all of them.(they acted like we were bothering them...I am willing to spend a decent amount of money to get these and I was treated like I wasn t welcome to ask questions) the woman that walked away and came back with a date, we then told her okay she threw price at us and to her surprise we told her okay we will take it. Outstanding service and show room! Amazing selection! There staff helped me pick out a granite that fit my home as well as my price point. Every step of the process each staff member was impressive. At the end of install there was a small hiccup.. Rep came out right away and it was resolved.

This place has amazing selections and beautiful show rooms its far the best ive seen around the area. They have amazing deals and wonderful sales people that would gladly help. I have even gotten diffiernet ideas for my kitchen. Great place to find almost anything that fits your taste and works around your budget. Defiently a place to keep in mind.

Roma Tile had the best selection and price. I was more than happy after my Kitchen granite went in and my neighbor will be going there as well. I suggest you stop by for granite, they have the largest selection around!

One of the most beautiful showrooms I have ever seen. I originally came i just to look but i was quickly drawn in. The young lady who helped me was very welcoming especially in helping me to pick out granite and tile when I was overwhelmed by all of their color choices. I will be coming back to do my bathroom in the Spring. FYI if your'e looking for great customer service ask for Erica. Im very satisfied with how the installation turned out and look forward to working on future projects with Roma Tile.

There's really no where else to look but her for the finest products in Counter tops and tile me and my husband recently purchased a new home that needed major remodeling. Roma walked us through step by step and I've never seen a kitchen more beautiful.

Great place for tile - they let me take home samples so I could see how they would look in my kitchen...got a great deal, too!
