Briarcliff Estates

The management here is pretty terrible. While my maintenance needs typically get met fairly quickly, I'm not sure other people in the office are ever really there. Every time I make a phone call regarding a concern and request a return call, I never get a call back. If you would like to live somewhere where you feel like the management cares at all about your needs as a paying resident, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
