        B & N delivery went out of their way today to bring me a bag of personal items that I left by accident at Syracuse Airport. The bag contained prescription medications and other items that I sorely needed on a business trip, and they responded to my need by delivering them to my hotel in Ithaca right away. Thank you so much for your help!
