Dahn Yoga and Tai Chi

I joined this Dahn Yoga at the Marshalls/Petco plaza about a month ago and I thought the classes were mediocre. Very little yoga and a lot of 'breathing' exercises. Afterwards I did some internet research and found very disturbing information about this organization. Many accuse them of being a Korean cult. Please do your research before considering them! I am out more than $2000 for a one year membership as they refuse to refund my money.
