POOR SERVICE



1. Hired Laurel Crest (LC) to landscape front of home in March of 2014. One planting died and was removed in June of 2014 with the promise of a replacement. No action from LC as of July 2015.

2. Hired LC for annual yard maintenance in September 2013. All went well until a worker ran out of spray in fall of 2014 and LC never returned. No response from LC to my inquires. Yard is worse now than before LC touched it.



3. More information at Better Business Bureau, case ID 10658018. LC never responded to inquires from BBB.

We contracted Laurel Crest to fence in a small area of our yard to create a run for our dogs. The workmen were prompt and polite, and the fence is of high quality. They cut the fencing from lumber themselves, and the fencing is attractive and installed well. Best of all, the project came in at-budget.



I would recommend Laural Crest to anyone who needs landscaping work done.

Laurel Crest has prompt service, reasonable pricing, and all over very happy with my decision to go with this company. Would recommend for a quality job, fast workers also.
