Be sure what you are ordering is the correct item and size. They were willing to take returns but charge you a 20% restocking fee. These aren't electronics! I ordered chair covers and in spite of having the measurements the size I received was much smaller. I opened one package to try on our chairs. It did not fit, so even though all the other packages are unopened the 20% restock fee was added.
