Attentiveness on the part of the sales person was excellent. I am satisfied with my selection and purchase. I am just a bit disappointed with the dealer prep. None of the film was removed from the interior and the bright orange stickers for the location of the wheel balance weights were left on the car. I can’t get them off.

I am 73 years old and have bought many cars over the years. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had. They told me the car I bought had been serviced. Got it back home and took it to a certified mechanic. Just as I had told Jon at Brien Bemis. The oil had not been changed, the back brakes were bad, the tires were down to the replace marks on them. I had to spend over 800.00 just to start. I would never recommend buying a car from Brian Bemis Hyundai in Sycamore, Illinois.

I called to make sure the car I was interested in was available, more than once, before I went to see it. Drove an hour to see the car only to discover the car on the lot did not have the sunroof, heated seats, or HD radio they advertised.
