Pain Management Center At Saint

I went there for about 4 years and the staff was always caring and my Doctor Eric Domingueze was a wonderful doctor, always took the time to talk to me and make sure my treatment was working for me. I only left because I was moving to
California, I was upset about having to leave such a great doctor and medical center.

i spent a good 15 minutes in the bathroom sobbing after waiting an hour for the doctor to walk in the exam room, and completely tear into me and walk out in under 40 seconds. I have Mass health and wanted to be referred to a chiropractor after a domestic abusive relationship that has kept me out of work. The work I do controlled substances is the last thing i need with the exception of being screamed at by a doctor that walks out of the room in under 40 seconds.

I totally disagree with both reviews here. I have been a patient at a few different pain clinics and this one is by far the most attentive and on top of things. The first visit is long and very thorough and you see a team of staff to asses your situation. This is not a place to go if you are just seeking pain meds. They will try procedures etc and will prescribe to you if they feel it is necessary. I am currently being prescribed meds by them and I get procedures as well. I don't agree with the bad reviews at all!

I agree with the person above, don't bother. The first time I went there I felt like I was being drilled by the pain police. I felt like they thought I was a druggy by the time I left. I also have been diagnosed by other Real doctors, but this didn't matter to them. I think they just want to sit around for almost 3 hours to spend up your insurance companies money. They want to treat your pain with their plan and if you disagree with them in any way then your crap out of luck.

Recently I hurt my back in a car accident and was refered back to them, which i was reluctant to do. anyways I needed to change my appointment date and they told me No i cannot do that and if i did i would have to find someplace else to go and i could never go back to them in the future!

Imagine that, my 3 year old daughter had a fever and needed to go to the doctor and my 8 year old was home sick from school too and that was there answer for me.

This hospital needs to be investigated for fraud.

Horrible staff and very rude receptionist at the Swansea place.

Find somewhere else that actually works with their patients and doesn't treat them like people who just want drugs to control their pain, I hate the meds, but i also hate the pain, not everyone is a drug addict and they need to get off their high horses.

I wish this rating had a negative star rating! I had to choose a star, which doesn't really reflect my true feelings, please fix this!

Don't bother! You will wait for over an hour every time you go and then wait again in the exam room. The Dr will spend a maximum of 5 min w/ you and unless you agree with his course of action you will be dismissed. There is no compassion for your pain, and you are given no options. They want to do procedures and that's all they offer. Do yourself a favor and find a team that cares.
