Swedish Massage
Tracey has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001 and has been with Inis Spa since 2016. Her previous experience has been in clinical settings, retirement/golf communities, and day spas. She has training in several modalities such as aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, hot stone massage, sports massage, prenatal massage and of course, swedish massage. Tracey has also acquired some techniques throughout her training that she can incorporate into most any massage. Deep tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, Bowen therapy, medical massage, and reflexology are some of these techniques. You may book a Signature Massage with Tracey and she will customize your 60 or 90 minute to mindfully address your specific needs. Hot stones, hot towels and aromatherapy are always included unless you prefer to do without. Tracey looks forward to working with you to customize your own Signature Massage.
