Johnsons Tree Service

I hired Johnson Tree Service on two back-to-back occasions.



The first was to get an arborist's opinion on some tree pruning. My goal was to save/preserve as much of the trees as possible and still open up the space. Kevin Johnson was whom I death with on this visit. He was very flexible in terms of meeting time, on time, professional, and basically GREAT. Gave me lot's of options and great opinions, and respected my wish of saving the trees. Love that I got a PDF quote on the spot. They performed the job flawlessly.



The second occasion was just a week later when I decided to remove a tree that was in shock and had the possibility of not recovering. Henry supervised the second project and I got the same professional and great service. But what I really appreciated was that even though they were very busy with other jobs they squeezed mine in since I was on a schedule with my hard-scapers. They could have very easily scheduled me when they had time, which would have halted the other project, but they were cordial and very accommodating.

I had the pleasure to do business with Johnson's Tree Service by accident-- I was working from home and heard chain saws operating at the street behind ours. So I went over to inquire about tree trimming services. The tree in question actually is in my neighbor's yard, with branches growing over the fence line and inter-twined with the overhead phone/cable lines. Squirrels have been using the over hanging branches to jump into my yard and break branches off my little Fuyu persimmon tree, but I hesitate DIY given the cables.



Kevin and crew came over for a consult/estimate shortly. He laid out the options and gave me a very reasonable quote. So I had them take care of the offending branches right away.



As another Yelper said, they did good quality work and did not damage anything in the process. Everyone was friendly, courteous and efficient. Since Kevin's a certified arborist, I also asked for suggestions on how to remedy the damaged persimmon tree while he was here. He took the time to explain the growth habit of broad leaf fruit trees and shared advice on what can be done.

They had everything completed in 3 hours and it was done with the highest level of service and class! Also, there prices are very reasonable.
