Long time customer and always happy with the customer service.

This bank is dishonest and not to be trused. They do not know what they are doing. They ding your credit and send dirty letters to you on the due date of your loan. Even when you have paid it on that day. I have never been late but they have destroyed my credit. If you pay in cash be very careful. Make sure you get a receipt and keep in in a safe place. They will put all sorts of fees on your account and say that you did not pay. I don't know where the money goes once they have it. They are also the rudest people I have ever talked to. Even the President who is also the owner is the most unprofessional man I have ever spoken with. And that's a long time. When I asked to talk with him he told me I was a liar and he won't do anything to make it up to me. I was just out the money even though I had receipts. I wish it would let me give them 0 stars.
