Contracted Voyager Builders to build my new house. Overall, frustrated with a number of issues. The quality of work is satisfactory; however, many challenges along the way which I should not have had to address with them. Examples, visited the building site to see progress, clearly the basement was not square and off by nearly a foot. Visited site to discover the wrong siding was being installed. Visited site to discover the bathroom tiling wad totally wrong, floor tile was installed on the walls, wall tile on the floor. The wood flooring I purchased through Vouager was poor quality, the flooring was taken up twice and the final floor was poorly installed. Flooring was not protected after installation and major scratching, dents and damage to the floor was very upsetting. New flooring should not need to be repaired. Glass windows and doors had deep scratches, resulting jn replacement glass. The project took konths longer then necessary, the result of poor project management and the ability of Voyager to work with sub contractors timely. Overall, my dream house was a disappointment. I moved in Dec 2017 and still fixing issues. There were some aspects that were superior; however, overall very disappointing and I wish I had done more research.

Keenan is the only person I trust to do work on my home. He is honest and trustworthy. He will not tell you that something is needed unless it is. He goes out of his way to make sure the job is done to the highest standards. You will not be disappointed with his work. I would not have anyone else do anything for me.
