Ink To Go

Bought 2 cartridges a month ago. Tried one yesterday, got a Black cartridge error. Tried the second, same message. Figured something was off because the odds on both having a problem were long. Called the shop this morning, told the gentleman my problem, he gave me the fix. It worked, printing ok now. Good service and help.

I went a couple of days ago to get some ink. I took in my empty cartridges to show what kind of ink I needed. The older man with mustache wAs very helpful and kind. I got home and the ink cartridges didn't work on my computer. I tried to run back to the store because online it says they're opem until 7pm however they weren't open. Must have been old hours. I couldn't go Saturday because my car was being worked on. I take them back Monday. A different man was working and was extremely rude. He kept saying he wished I would've called ahead of time. He said "people with common sense " call ahead of time so he could help with my printer and cartridges. The computer said I k cartridges couldn't be recognized. He did say it may just be. Chip being misread. But he was very very hateful and rude. Trying to make me feel incompetent because I took nonworking items back to the store. You gave me faulty items, fix it or give me a refund. I would've happily accepted new ink cartridges in exchange...or even bring in my printer and laptop so he could help me...however because of bad customer service I requested a full refund. He wasn't happy about that...now his business is out 53 bucks. The sad thing is I know ALOT of people who use this place and I will be spreading the word.

This is the best place to go to get your ink cartridges filled. It costs $10 for black and $15 for color. You don't have to wait very long and the staff is friendly and helpful. I got tired of waiting a couple of hours at Walgreens until I found out about this fantastic place, and its close to home! I give this establishement a 5 star rating :)
