Used them three times. Twice for our beef and they did a real good job and seemed friendly so we decided to use them when it was time for our pigs. We took three in May 25th. We were told a week for the fresh meat and three weeks for the smoked meat. After two weeks we called on the fresh meat since they never called us and picked it up soon thereafter. after about five weeks we called about our smoked meats and were told it was not ready. A week later they said Saturday, after Saturday they said another week if they answered are talked to us at all. Finally after eight weeks we went there to tell them to give us our meet or we would take them to court. They finally gave us our meat. I do not believe it is actually from our pigs however since the weights don't seem right and out of three pigs we only received 34 pounds of bacon...we were robbed. We will never go back and I would tell you if you want your meat from your pig...go somewhere else.
