Purchased full diagnostic for car and was told a $141 battery would solve my problem and I should get alignment done. The Wrong Battery was put in car. Car had to be held to put correct battery in. Car had to be held another day for connector piece they were suppose to overnight. Of course they lied about that too. Car was finally released 3 days later after requesting full diagnostic that did not occur. As soon as I drove off lot car began acting funny as in not reversing and 6 indicator lights came on. Took car immediately back to dealership and new 2 minute diagnostic revealed a $3000 problem. Called corporate but since their policy is to slander and fraudulent paperwork had to get BBB involved. They will lie about before and after and even try to change system paperwork to verify story.
