As a FORMER employee of On Time Electric; I would still say that the level of service is close to unparalleled. In reference to the first review, There was never a minimum charge while I was employed with them, and the only "issue" that I personally experienced was when a potential customer misunderstood the VERY clear statements or instructions or comments given during the initial phone calls. EVERY person that comes into contact with a customer is highly traned and given constant tools to improve the service they give.

I am now a competitor with On Time Electric, and still hold them in VERY high regard. As I have adopted several principals that I learned from my time with On Time, I too have noticed a lack of belief in a system designed completely around fair, upfront pricing. Folks just aren't used to honesty from contractors anymore. I for one would let ANY of the electricians at On Time in my home ANY DAY and be thankful they were there.

They promised a quote in writing and a 100% satisfaction garanteed but we did not receive either. Their minimum charge is over $200.00!!!!!!!
