        Installer didn't show, didn't call

        I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Had an appt for 8am-12 noon. They didn't show up or call. We called at 12:30 and were told that we were the next appt. At 7:00pm they have not showed up and again no one has called us. Inexcusable actions and a horrible way to run a business.
