I was very concerned about how the reverse mortgage program worked. I did not know much, nor was I going to trust some bank. Tim Jackson, however, took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. It has been over a year since I took out my reverse mortgage and I love it. Whenever I need a little extra cash, I can just grab it. I no longer worry about where I'm going to get money for my property taxes or what I would do if my furnace broke.
