Excellent e-mail communication over several weeks during which I had contacted several dealers and based on the professional responses from Power Motorsports selected them for my purchase. Arrived at the place of business and was treated as a valued customer from start to finish. Staff went over the key points regarding operating and maintaining the trail bike I selected. Purchase was finalized very quickly with no upsale attempts at all. Staff loaded the bike into my truck and strapped it in (using my tie-down straps). A painless very professional experience. Would not hesitate to return for a future purchase.
In addition the inventory was extensive and very impressive.
