My mother-in-law left her beautiful engagement ring to me when she passed. It is valued over $10,000. Although beautiful, it was too large for my hand. Since it had 2 pieces, I asked Joseph's what I could do. They suggested making diamond earrings with the smaller piece. They did so and I am very pleased. The ring now is the right size for me and I have earrings worth about $1500. Thank you Joseph's jewelers!

Had a battery replaced for my watch... 15 minutes later, the watch stopped, returned to have them look at it again. They proceeded to bang my watch on the counter 5 times to try to start it. The result was a shifted dial and the watch was no longer working. I had to get it repaired at Barton's for $50.00. Thanks for nothing Joseph's

Horrible! Had them make a gold band and put stones put in. They kept falling out! They charged me every time to put the stones back in. I said maybe it was a poor design- but they did not want to admit to that! Was not impressed with the service either as they were very arrogant. Took my ring and never went back.

Went to Jared to have my diamond on my ring fixed for the second time (the first time Jared fixed my ring the stone fell out) second time had to wait 5 weeks to get my ring back and they did a terrible job. Had words with the Jared manager and told him what I thought of Jareds, he was extremely rude. So, I went to Josephs and they fixed it beautifully....Josephs is now my jeweler of choice....Great job!!!!

Went to Joseph's because I was looking for a different setting for a diamond I already had. I found a setting that I liked and they put the diamond in. Only months later I noticed the diamond in the run was slightly loose and slanted a bit. It got much worse so I took it in and they said it was my fault. They did it perfectly, it could never have been a faulty setting. Plus thy wanted to charge me over 200 dollars to repair the setting. I was shocked. I told them that I would consult a different jeweler. So I did, the jeweler said that the setting was wrong for that diamond. Becaus the setting was too big, the diamond would continue to fall through even if thy repaired it. They charged me 100 dollars to completely redo the setting and it is so much more beautiful now. I will never go back to Joseph's. yes they have beautiful jewelry. But not well made or thought out. And they do not stand by their workmanship, plus it's way over prices and they are soooo snobby. It's like pulling teeth for them to even say hi. Terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to beryl jewelers, north of Joseph's on us1. They are so friendly. And experienced. Not to mention they have had alot of business from Joseph's because of their bad business skills.

i went into josephs a few times looking for the perfect ring that complemented me, and i found it. the staff was nice and i felt sure about my purchase. i purchased my ring in july of this yr, so its about 4mo old and am absolutly in love. however a few days ago i noticed a chip on my brand new diamond( which was not cheap) and i had my mother take it in as i was out of town that day. they told her there was nothing they could do!... this upset me very much as my ring is brand new and now i have to know and live with the fact my diamond is chipped and they did nothing to try and fix this problem. i am so upset that i have set out to find another jewlery place that carries the same line of rings for my matching wedding band. its a shame that i had such an upsetting experience, we were told diamonds were not guaranteed however when you go to most jewlery stores (ex kay ) they guarantee any diamond with chips, scrathces anything. the fact that this was brushed off really upset me.

Well I'm glad some poor soul had a good experience here because mine was not the same. He had a $780.00 item and I offered a whopping $30.00 less, the owner said no which is ;OK but then the owner gets PERSONAL degrading my livelihood, other customers present in the store, with no regard to the residual value of a potential regular customer that spends his money to keep his fine jewelery like Rolex, Cartier, lots of diamonds of a 30 year marriage, in good working order and looking good. It was just like in the movie Pretty Woman when she was looking for a dress with Carte Blanch spending ability and they mocked her. I'm not so sure about how intelligent this fellow is. If you don't mind paying FULL LIST price for your purchases instead of just a slight bit of consideration, then knock yourself out.



I hope my experience speaks volumes about this place, and buyers do their homework before paying more than they should. I found similar items for less, not far down the road in Stuart. Shop around, you may save a few bucks.



And by the way, Mr. Josephs Jewelers, maybe because I am a PROUD State of Florida Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer I was walking around town, with a pocket full of cash while YOU stood behind your counter hoping I would buy your goods. So Sad To Bad your BIG LOSS!!!!!!

I'm sticking to Marcus Jewelers in West Palm Beach, where I have done business for over 15 yrs on many beautiful pieces at reasonable prices, and every one is treated with complete respect.

Did a good job on fixing my watch (a movado). Also very helpful in picking out a Mother's Day present for my wife. I'd definitely go back.

I took my ring in to be fixed. I brought my own stone to be placed in a new setting/head. They replaced the head of the ring at my request. They did not return my old head nor did they offer a credit towards the repair, for the selling of the gold. They kept it. They cracked the stone and replaced it. Then the stone was set crooked not once but twice. The last time I went to pick up my ring it was set crooked and the stone had a scratch in it. When I pointed it out they acted like I was being unreasonable. I just wanted my ring set straight without any scratches. I was later asked to pick up my ring. I did so gladly. The stone was replaced a 2nd time. Unfortunately I had already paid, so I am out $120. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them.

I recently went to Joseph's to buy buy earrings for my niece's birthday. The staff was friendly and helped me right away. I got very nice, but affordable earrings and will definitely go back for my next purchase.
