I just had Mr. Aronoff represent me in my divorce. Though it was a very difficult time him and his office did their best to make it go as easy as possible. He or his assistant always called me back or emailed me when I had questions. I have referred him to a few friends because he did such a good job

Ive had the pleasure of Derek representing me a couple of times which is a positive thing to say when typically dealing with an attorney is under high stress circumstances. He represented me in a family law case, real estate issue as well as an additional contempt of a legal agreement whereby I stood to lose a large sum of money. For each case he was professional, we were the prevailing party each time and I found Debbie to be helpful and readily available with any need or question I had. In the event she wasnt sure she would have Derek call me. She was always prompt in answering emails which I like because I like to have it in writing to refer back to as well. I have referred him for many issues to include criminal and residential modifications or to assist people who are losing their homes. My experience was favorable and I wouldnt hesitate to employ his services again or refer him to family or friends.

The worst attorney and staff you can ever imagine. Debbie the "paralegal" who happens to be his mother was just absolutely the worst person to deal with.There was a nice young man there at one point I believe his name was Steve, if he didn't pick up the phone you were screwed. I payed all up front for a divorce case like he asked he said he would fight for me and then when it came down to it he agreed with everything the other side said. He basically wanted it all to be over ASAP no matter what the outcome was. He wouldn't return any phone calls i made and he sure wasnt calling me he was always out of the office doesn't work fridays so i finally complained and they made me an appointment to speak with Mr. Aronoff over the phone then Debbie calls me five minutes before the appointment to tell me he cant make the appointment that happened two times. Are first hearing he walked into the courthouse with his sleeves rolled up shirt all wet dripping sweat tie undone i honestly couldn't believe what i was seeing. It came to the point where i fired him made a bar complaint and to find out there were numerous complaints filed against him. About a two months ago I met a nice lady at publix and we just started to talk about being divorce as we waited on a long like at the deli just so happens she also used Mr. Aronoff and was just as disappointed as i was unfortunately she doesnt have the funds to retain a new lawyer. We hire attorneys to do what we can't and in this case I hired one who couldnt get the job done. By far the worst experience with one individual ever. Don't waist your money on this man he will screw you every which way.

The worst of the worst is Derek Aronoff. All you get is that rude women telling me everyday he will call me back and he never does. He tells me he's going to one thing and he never does it but as long as I give him all the money he asks for. His assistant is Absolutly rude. The best is he screwed me in te end. I know two more people that used him and are just unhappy as I am. I wish I would of known before I paid him every cent he asked for.
