My husband has been a customer of Ray Price for the past 10 years. Most recently he traded in his 2008 Mercury Sable for a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Our sales & leasing representative was Alex Larsen who was very professional and very patient with us. At the time we were undecided in purchasing/leasing a 2012 Ford Taurus or 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Not shortly after Mr. Larsen introduced himself, Sales Mgr Brian Dunda joined us and thanked us for coming back and remembered my husband by name and told us he will do everything possible to met our monthly car payment goal, and needless to say Mr. Dunda followed through with his commitment. After the test drive and the paper work was completed, Darlene Brown, Finance Mgr also remembered my husband and finalized the deal, and walked us through all the signed documents efficiently. The sales/finance staff at Ray Price Stroud Ford Lincoln are the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff I have ever experienced with at any car dealership.
