Nickels and dimes loyal customers. The owner Matt is very rude and talks down to his customers. Can't believe this store has a good reputation.

Shipped a bumper from the UPS store carefully wrapped with 3 layers of bubble wrap-tracking #1zx444900329878939 I also bought insurance- the item arrived damaged- I contacted UPS- they refuse to pay insurance claim- state there is no damage- You can clearly see the scratches all over it- showed the manager "Loismarie" who was nothing but rude and sarcastic. When I received my item back it was no longer wrapped in my bubble wrap- they just threw it on the truck with stickers and shipped it back to me from PA totally unprotected- If I am required to wrap items safetly and protect tem from damage is not UPS also?. I bought insurance for nothing- was treated rudely at the store and my item was ruined by UPS who claims no liability- will never use UPS ever again

I was charged $19.60 to ship the item and had it sold for $150.00- UPS owes me $169.60 for completely ruining my item- Like I said if it was not damaged getting to PA it certainly was coming back after I filed a claim as they just threw it in the back of a truck with no wrapping or protection and it has scratches all over it. Store manager Loismarie is incompetent, rude, confrontational and has no sense of urgency or customer service skills what so ever.
