Stony Brook Vacuum

i have been using stony brook vacuum for many years for vacuum repairs and replacement parts and supplies.they have always been very helpful and so i went to see them today because i was now in need of a new vacuum.i have always had great luck with eletrolux for the past 30 plus years ...however they have been bought by another company and they are nothing like they used to be.so while shopping for a new vacuum , Robyn...the owner spent a great deal of time with me showing me different vacuums that would fit my needs and meet my expectations.i purchased a miele vacuum.robyn worked with me on pricing as well as giving me a generous trade in value for my old electrolux.she is tuning up my oreck vacuum ....giving me a brand new roller for my unit as well as a new tubing handle that is cracked...all at no charge.she threw in a box of bags for my new miele ....i also purchased "the nellie" which is a chargable cleaner for many different floor surfaces ....because she is so fair she took 20.00 off the price.lets face it....people are in business to make money but aside from that you want to have happy customers who return and trust in you as well.I can say whole heartedly that stony brook vacuum is reliable ....and very fair.nobody likes to get beat up when making a big purchase...and i came home today a very happy customer.highly reccommend. .....satisfied customer from port jefferson station.Thank you robyn!
