BLACK people please do NOT spend your money on this cab company!!!!! They are raciest and do not prefer to service you if you do not speak SPANISH. I spent so much money with this company and they still decriminated against me when I needed a ride. This is unfair and they need to be put out of service

First time riding and I have no complaints prompt courteous and very reasonable rates very impressed

A fast and reliable taxi company .. Been using this taxi almost 8 years and has been the only company i have comfort with. Very clean and friendly service

RIP OFF!!!! They charged me $40 (FOURTY) for a ride that would've been $20 on uber or Lyft. And got really sassy when I expressed concerns as to why it cost so much. Also, they took 30 minutes to Pick me up, didn't even call when they were outside (I just so happen to look out my window) and made me late to my function.

I already knew this was going to be bad when the lady that answers the phone was rude as hell. They said 15 minutes & came in 20 so if you live in Jonesboro they are kind of reliable. They need to be more professional though. That rudeness will cause them to lose a lot of business.

Worse taxi service ever!!! Rude to customers lies about time they will take and then will tell u if u don't want to wait u can call someone else! I have been riding with them for 2 years and it has gotten worse! Will be snitching to uber or lyft... Very unprofessional and nasty customer service!!! The only reason they got 1 star was because I had to put something!!!

Quick. Friendly. Reasonable. I will be using vino as often as I can . The car was clean and the driver was professional

They refused to come pick me up. I have never experienced any thing so unprofessional. The representative on the line was so rude it was almost intolerable. I will never waste my money or time dealing with this taxi service. I wish i could rate 0 stars.

Horrible! Not only was the driver late, he also overcharged us, although he did give us the money back. But what made me give this the 1 star was the fact that he backed up on the highway! Literally missed his exit, so he back up…I will never ever use this service again.

Vino car service should be put out of business the drivers are rude and they are never on time the dispatch women is disgusting and she will lie and say the driver is on the way and they still don't show never use this car service EVER!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money

I was told the wait would be 20 minutes, called the service back after 2 hrs. she tries to explain to me someone called my cell and I did not answer..NO that is incorrect I told her no one has called my phone I had my phone by my side since I made the reservation for the cab, Yes I totally agree with all the other bad reviews. This company is definitely unprofessional.. these is the United States of America if you are intending to continue to work here then you need to be aware of something called Professionalism and courtesy to your customers, we are providing your income., at least for the moment will never used them again.

Vino's taxi service is the absolute worst. Not only did I wait 45 min when the driver finally shows up by the time I go grab my money he pulls off. They are extremely rude. Walk if you have too..

Called vino at 6pm. Tey informed me that it would be 15min. 45Min later no one showed up. I call again and they tel me someone will be there in 5 min . 30 min later i called Uber and was picked up in 5 min.THEY ARE TERRIBLE. NEED A RIDE IN FOREST PARK DONT CALL VINO. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF STARTING TO WALK TO YOUR DESTINATION.

Somethimes vinos taxi is discusting...that is no way to wait so long and hour and a falf and plus they lying to you instead telling me the true..and is the general boss....very disapointed

Ok the drivers are very nice . some drivers don't charge u a arm n a leg. But other drivers do. What I don't like is they rip u off some days and some days they don't . like me and my mother will go some were they'll charge us $6 then let's say we go to that same place the next day with a different driver they charge us $8 like that's not kool . you guys are ripping people out there money

I switched to using Vino's Taxi after using a local company, Payless Taxi, for close to three years. I have not had an experience anything like the one's described by the other reviewers. I'm astonished at how quickly Vino's drivers arrive at my door. Payless would always tell me 30 mins, but it was sometimes as long as three hours.



I use Vino's because they are consistently professional and serve my needs quickly. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs a lift someplace.

The same thing happened to me as the user above. They said it would be a 20 min wait and they never showed up

I called this company for a taxi. I gave them the information and they said 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them to find my status. No answer. I let it ring and no answer. I called back and after a while they would pick up the phone and hang up...they did this several times.



I got the idea they did not want the run. Instead of telling me they just hung up. Real professional...



I missed an MRI appointment I had to wait weeks for...



So much for Vino's.
