Called about 3pm; said they would be there between 8 and 11pm. Not there at 11pm; I called them and they said they did not know when they would get there. Never let me know; I could have gotten someone else to come had they just called me.

What an amazing group of guys! I am proud to say that Royal Flush is the best all around. I needed to have my water line replaced to my refrigerator. I was pressed for time and was told the job would on take a small amount of time. Tommy was a friendly well skilled technician. He gave me an awesome price and actually arrived on time. I needed three toilets, a kitchen sink, and a shower rebuild. Thought I could do it all my self. Boy was I wrong. I should of know that the toilets were going to be so heavy. When I spoke to Vickie she told me she could have one of her guys bring me a new toilet. I liked how prepared they were. Chad came well equipped. He was fast and very steady. He arrived on time and was responsible enough that he covered his feet with footies to protect my home. I appreciated the respectfulness. I will always choose them over any other plumbers.

This company is unbelievable. The people who work in their office are amazing and the plumber they sent out, Richard, was extremely intelligent (almost too smart to be a plumber if you know what I mean). He showed me his little blue state issued plumbing license card and warned me to never let anyone touch something as critical as a home's plumbing system without first verifying that they are licensed (first time somebody had told me that). He then told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the leak behind my wall. He explained that his company did not repair the sheetrock he would have to cut out, but he gave me the number of someone he knew personally who could do it for me affordably. This guy was a real class act.
