Do NOT buy anything from these guys! First hand experience they will lie to make you pay more. Their famous line is "the seller will not sell the home for that low of a price" even if the seller said they will! They will "negotiate" an agreeable price. This is a joke! At an auction the top bid is the most money that any other buyer will give. If you have the top bid do not go up a penny (or try to come down) and they will sell it to you even if they act like the won't, you are their only hope of selling the property. These guys are worse then used car salesmen, you can NOT trust anything they say! Be sure to double check the amount of land as well it's almost always less then what they advertise!
