They were responsive when we had an issue with our loading dock bay door, BUT very expensive for the little that needed to be done. They charged $336 for their tech to spray the track, pulley's and rollers with a spray lube. They charge you $85 service call, an hour of travel time to get from Sterling to Chantilly (takes 15 minutes) and the hourly rate is $109 per hour. The guy was here for 1 hour tops, so I was charged $109 travel + $109 for the one hour, $85 for service call ( why this is on top of one hour charge I have NO idea) and $33 for a can of spray lube which they call a "lube kit". Was a total waster of money, I called and questioned the charges, they basically told me yep, thats what it cost, make you give them a credit card up front so you can't question the charge later. I would never call them again.
