EverDry is a great company! They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They were polite and did a great job. They have a warranty so once you have the system installed, you are worry free. You just have to pay a $75 annual fee. Believe me, it is worth it. We had a little leak and they came right out and fixed it for no charge. I highly recommend EverDry to everyone! Dawn H Roseville

I had my basement waterproofed in December of 2018 and the while process from start to finish was great. The salesperson did a great job explaining the process. The crew was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions through out the process without fail. Thet made sure that I understood the new equipment and that I had no questions before they left. It's been a year and I've had no issues with the system. My basement is dry and functional, thanks to Everdry.

11 years ago we had an Everdry system put in out residence in Lake Orion. 5 day job, but completed on time. Crew was on time each day, worked efficiently, very clean, especially at the end of a day, and most well mannered. Over the years I have had maybe 3 very minor issues, which have been taken care of quickly and professionally. Without reservation I recommend EVERDRY for basement water proofing.

We have the EverDry system in our house and it does a nice job keeping the water out. I do recommend paying the yearly warranty renewal. We had an issue that they came out and fixed at no cost. We’ve been happy with them.

We just purchased our home and the warranty was transferrable we have been so busy we just forgot to call they sent us a letter reminding us to call them for the transfer! We called the 2 sweet ladies that helped us get it all transferred and set up our 6 month inspection were fast and professional!

In 2001, We acquired a house built in the 1940's with a very leaky basement.

We purchased our home in May of 2018 and the house came with the Everdry system in place. We love it its been great no issues it makes a great difference in the basement as our basement is a 5ft crawl space other half is a Michigan basement. It has been in the house sense 7/2014. The previous owner had no issues either it does exactly what its suppose to do! Customer Service has been great they are prompt and answer all and any questions we had. When I had to speak with the office in regards to transferring the warranty into our name it was simple and easy. Price is good for the annual warranty.
