        Timliness

        We dropped our trailer off for repairs and was told it would take 3 to 4 days, we told them we didn't need it for a week. It is now going on 3 weeks and we are still waiting on our trailer. They have never once called us to tell us what the problem is we hav had to call them. Each time it is a new excuse. I won't use them again. If we we ever get our trailer back.
