Price quotes increase from when appointment was made and thruought, insurance coverage not contacted, prior to appointment, I had to contact rmh to contact eye care supposed specialties, Julie head receptionist wouldn't listen, just bicker and argue with me, all I wanted was to go in get eyes checked receive my contact &glasses prescription , they fitted me with contacts, claimed payments would not need to be put down, I'm disabled, receiving government cash assistance $189.00 a month, I was told to go back in 2 weeks, to see if they fit, I live in rangely, can't afford gas, never had I been told to come back 2 weeks later, I'm 36 been wearing contacts since 18years old, I called love inc to assist with my bill which was way over the rate that is acurate, my friend I referred to eye care specialties made a $200.00 payment, in order to get his contacts fitted, they even made an appointment for him, than they came up with an excuse to not fit him for his contacts, and he put $200.00 toward his bill, but I didn't put any money towards my outrageous over charged bill, and I walked out wearing contacts, now my friend who has bad vision is in danger of not seeing clearly, accidents happen your vision is important, but eye care specialties doesn't care, my friend paid his bill in full, works Monday- saturday, doesn't have time to drive to Craig from rangely, he should have been fitted 2 months ago, that is when we had our eye exames, I call eye care specialties to resolve this horrible scamming situation but they absolutely will not help, they refuse to even answer questions I ask them, I even got hung up on because I was frustrated by repeating my question of what was the balance of my total bill out of pocket, all they say is oh well you didn't even have to pay anything, all I want to know is how much the person who played my bill in full paid, so I have to speak with a volunteer attorney and pursue further action, its to bad they don't resolve over charges professionaly
