Condos in Steamboat Inc

My wife and I rented from Kim this past season and I've got to say that our experience end-to-end was absolutely fantastic. While the snow wasn't great the last week of January, Canyon Creek at Eagle Ridge was awesome. The condo had everything we needed and was an easy walk to the base of the mountain. When we return to Steamboat, we will only rent from Condos in Steamboat!

We keep returning to Storm Meadows I at Christie Base, unit 350. We have watched its evolution and upgrades through the years. With a newly renovated kitchen and large TV, après ski is awesome. Not to mention the ease of walk out/ski in. We love it so much, we are headed back in the Fall.

We stay with Kim because everything is ALWAYS in order. The condos are exactly as described. She takes care of everything and everything is done right. We are grateful for all her efforts!

We recently skiied Steamboat Feb.2-9,2013. Weather and snow were awesome. We stayed in Herbage B2. We have stayed in this unit in the past and it worked well for our group. We love that it has its own hot tub and grill. Kim at Condos in Steamboat is a pleasure to work with. She takes great pride in seeing that the unit has everything that you could need, even humidifiers! She answers all communications in a timely matter and just makes everything about your vacation go smoothly. I wish all rentals went as smoothly as Kim makes them seem. This was my first time to Steamboat and we will definitely be back! The condo was perfect - even better than expected! Kim is an exceptional host - taking care of all our needs and having our ski tickets waiting for us along with all of the extra special touches. Everyone in Steamboat was so friendly and we were blessed with 41" of fresh powder while we were there - 24" in one night! Loved this condo, and loved Steamboat!!!

My wife and I, along with our two young children had an amazing experience skiing for the first time in Steamboat just this past December. We stayed at the Quail Run condo which is just minutes from the ski lifts - so the proximity of the condo to the resort was indeed a convenient. I cannot help but brag about how nice and clean the 2 bedroom condo was. The unit was fully equipped with all the necessities that allowed us to enjoy it just like it was our home. So comfortable and cozy. I love the 55" LED screen with the surround sound - awesome! The pull out sofa in the living room is well situated in front of the warm fireplace which I would lounge around on the bed every evening to relax and watch movies. The fireplace is engaged with just one flip of a switch,now that's cool. I am a hardware techie so I thought the universal remote control and all of the wireless set up was fantastic. You can just use 1 remote to turn on the entire system. The wireless router never had a problem even with heavy overcast and tons of snow outside. There were 2 bath robes provided - never seen that before in other places I've rented. I have to say that Kim Filler (the owner) did an excellent job. She is so organized - arranged for all paperwork ahead of time, purchased our lift tickets with discount, gave us advice on where to shop for grocery, where to rent ski gears with discount - she even let us borrow the discount card which saved us lots of money at the local grocery store. Kim - you are fantastic - and I appreciate all of the detail advice and your thoroughness- you made our stay very enjoyable and worry-free. The mountain is great, lots of easy trails for beginners (my 2 girls) and plenty of good intermediate runs (for myself ) . I have been to many places in Colorado prior to coming here but I find that STeamboat is less crowded and more skier friendly than other places . I cannot help but fathom at the beautiful snow which we were so fortunate to have an abundance of them during the 5 days we were there. It was picture perfect and made Christmas week for us an enjoyable experience because we seldom see so much snow from where we live . Oh, Kim even provided a locker for us which was a big convenience for me and the kids as we didn't have to lug those boots and skis home every day. Another wonderful experience was dipping into the 104 degree hot springs (at Strawberry Park) when the outside temp was -9 degrees and surrounded with snow ! Overall, I would say this was the 'total package' (condo, snow, mountain, discounts, hospitality, hot springs) which I am so grateful to have engaged in with my family. We will definitely come back again soon !
