Central Vacuum of Steamboat

My central vac carpet attachment stopped working. I called the owner (Bill K) and he offered several suggestions for me to try before bringing it for service. I dropped the hose and attachment off. He looked at it and told me that I hadn't attached a plug tight enough. He said it all worked fine and didn't charge me. I will definitely use this company again and recommend him to anyone who needs an honest central vac man.
