        I purchased a APC Smart UPS fr...

        I purchased a APC Smart UPS from this company, they said it was in good condition. When I received the unit, it had the front panel smashed, and would not power on. I asked for a replacement unit, or a refund, they refused to do either. I am out $90.



        Do NOT trust this company, they will rip you off!
