It was a great experience dealing with Bailey Toliver RV in Stanton, Texas. This was not my first RV purchase, so we did in fact make sure, the best we could, that the 2021 Keystone Montana 3781RL was in working order and that all features and functions worked. We tried to check everything we could before accepting delivery. All the issues that we found were fixed in an acceptable time frame before we purchased the unit. I believe that it was the sincere desire of the senior management to insure that Customer Satisfaction was a key component to this purchase.

What we recommend to the any new customers is simply to have a well defined personal checklist of the features and functions of the particular unit before you purchase or sign any papers. Why? You will be more satisfied with what you purchased if you are fully involved in the purchase and it all works when you get home and go on your first camping trip. Do Not expect others to inspect the unit for you, do it yourself along with your salesperson or service agent. You should not have to bring the unit back to the dealership for repairs that should have been fixed before the buy. The State says, "Buyer Beware" so I think you should accept the advice. Get involved, take ownership of the purchase, you will be glad you did.
